- Through efficiency in Government and other savings, implement quality PreK for every 3 year-old in Philadelphia.
- Increase funding for trade and technical skills schools to ensure student who do not attend college are job market ready after graduation.
- Fully fund the City’s commitment to Community College of Philadelphia.
